At Orman, we're committed to providing our customers with sustainable and ethical products. Our t-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton, which is grown without the use of harmful chemicals or pesticides. Organic cotton is not only better for the environment, but it's also softer and more durable than conventionally grown cotton.

We're proud to say that our supplier has a GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certificate, which means that their production process meets strict environmental and social criteria. Our t-shirts are produced in Turkey with ethical manufacturing practices, ensuring fair labour and safe working conditions for the workers who make our products.

In addition to our organic cotton fabric, we also use sustainable materials for all of our accessories. This means that even the small details of our products are carefully chosen to have minimal impact on the environment. We offer Royal Mail 48 Delivery for all UK orders, which typically takes 2-4 working days to arrive. For EU orders, we offer Royal Mail Tracked Delivery that usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive, and for international orders we also offer Royal Mail Tracked Delivery that usually arrive in 5-10 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and any customs delays. We'll send you a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep an eye on its progress. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Orman, which is why we offer a 15-day refund policy. If you're not happy with your order, we're happy to offer a refund as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it in, which means it must be unworn, unused, and still have its original tags and packaging.
  • We'll need to see proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
  • To initiate the return process, please reach out to us at info@theorman.com with your order number and the reason for your return. 

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we'll automatically refund the original payment method that you used for the purchase. Please note that refunds can take several business days to appear on your account.

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so before it has been shipped.  If you need to cancel a shipment after it has been sent, please contact us at info@theorman.com as soon as possible. We'll check the status of your order and do our best to cancel the shipment if it has not already been delivered. If the shipment has already been delivered, you can still return the item according to our refund policy. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

We're committed to making environmentally friendly choices and reducing our carbon footprint, which is why we don't offer gift-wrapping or gift notes at this time.
